This isn’t a generic workout split — it’s designed based on your movement capacity, injury history, and what you’re trying to achieve, whether that’s getting stronger, building muscle, or getting in shape safely and sustainably.


3. Mobility & Corrective Work

Targeted mobility and stability exercises are integrated into your program to improve how your body moves. The goal is to reduce stiffness, improve control, and help you train with less discomfort.


4. Ongoing Coaching & Adjustments

Your program is not static. It’s updated weekly based on your feedback, progress, and how your body is responding so you’re always moving in the right direction.


5. Support & Accountability

ABOUT ME

I’m Hasan Ozkan, a Sports Science graduate, certified personal trainer, and former competitive swimmer from Istanbul, Turkey.

My journey in fitness started as an athlete, where I competed at a national level in swimming. Years later, a basketball injury led to three knee surgeries — an experience that completely changed how I approach training and movement.

That process led me to focus on understanding how the body moves, recovers, and builds strength without unnecessary pain or compensation patterns.

Over the past 14+ years, I’ve coached clients in both Istanbul and New York, helping adults build strength, improve mobility, and train in a way that supports long-term joint health.

Today, I specialize in helping adults over 30 build muscle, move better, and reduce discomfort through structured, individualized coaching that combines strength training, mobility, and smart programming.

Through my online coaching system, I now work with clients worldwide.
