I began my journey as a competitive swimmer in Turkey, where I won national titles in the 50m and 100m freestyle. Years later, a basketball injury led to three knee surgeries—an experience that completely reshaped my approach to fitness. Going through multiple recovery processes taught me firsthand the importance of movement quality, posture, and injury prevention.
Motivated to understand the human body better, I earned a degree in Sports Science from Marmara University and became a certified personal trainer. After graduation, I began my career at one of the top commercial gyms in Turkey, where I spent over six years working with hundreds of clients. During that time, I received advanced hands-on education from some of the best trainers and physical therapists in the country. I learned how to assess movement patterns, correct imbalances, and design strength programs that deliver results safely and efficiently.
Many of my clients came to me wanting to lose fat, build muscle, and improve their overall fitness—but also dealing with old injuries or joint discomfort that held them back. By combining strength training with corrective exercise principles, I helped them transform their bodies while training smarter, not just harder.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve coached clients in both Istanbul and New York, helping people build lean muscle, increase mobility, and get stronger with confidence. Today, I specialize in helping adults achieve their ideal physique—losing fat, building muscle, and moving better—through structured strength and mobility programs paired with personalized nutrition coaching. My approach prioritizes long-term progress, proper movement, and a body that looks as good as it feels.
Through my app, I now offer online coaching worldwide, providing custom workout plans, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support. Whether you’re in the gym or training from home, my mission is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
