MEET HASAN

I’m Hasan Ozkan, a Sports Science graduate, certified personal trainer, and former competitive swimmer from Istanbul, Turkey.

My journey in fitness started as an athlete, where I competed at a national level in swimming. Years later, a basketball injury led to three knee surgeries — an experience that completely changed how I understand training, movement, and recovery.

It taught me the importance of building strength in a way that supports the joints, improves movement quality, and reduces unnecessary pain or compensation patterns.

After earning my degree in Sports Science from Marmara University, I spent over 6 years working in one of the top commercial gyms in Turkey. During that time, I coached a wide range of clients — from beginners trying to get in shape to individuals dealing with old injuries, stiffness, and movement limitations.

That experience shaped my approach: combining strength training with mobility and corrective exercise principles so people can train effectively without constantly fighting their body.

Over the past 14+ years, I’ve coached clients in both Istanbul and New York, helping adults build strength, improve mobility, and get in better shape in a structured and sustainable way.

Today, I specialize in working with adults over 30 who want to build muscle, get in shape, and move better — without dealing with constant stiffness, discomfort, or confusion in the gym.

Through my coaching system, I now work with clients worldwide, providing structured training programs, ongoing support, and clear guidance so they always know exactly what to do.

My goal is simple: help you build a stronger, more capable body that performs well in training and feels better in everyday life.
